With 25 years of experience as a senior officer in the Royal Canadian Air Force, I bring a fresh perspective on decision-making, communication, and organizational culture, providing reassurance to my executive clients. As a coach and leader, I leave clients with a sense of clarity and a call to action to thrive in their personal and professional lives, aligning their actions with their values.

I partner with executives, particularly women leaders, to build their confidence, amplify their voice, and make a tangible difference in their teams and organizations. My clients are eager to add value, develop themselves and understand what is most important in their lives – all while prioritizing their well-being. On a personal note, I’m an avid global explorer having lived on three continents and travelled to more than 40 countries. I am always on the lookout for outdoor adventures with my husband and kids —whether it’s hiking, cycling, snowboarding, or camping. My days almost always start with a workout, end with a book and include a smattering of tea, coffee, fantastic food, and puppy snuggles.
