1. Introduction

Welcome to Maven Executive Coaching ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website (the "Site") and services, you ("Client" or "you") agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). These Terms apply to all users of the Site, including without limitation, visitors, clients, and others who wish to access or use the services we provide.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use our Site or services.

2. Services

Maven Executive Coaching offers executive coaching services designed to help clients improve their leadership skills, personal development, and professional effectiveness ("Coaching Services"). Our Coaching Services are provided via one-on-one coaching sessions, group coaching, workshops, assessment tools, and digital products, as outlined on our website.

3. Coaching Agreement

Prior to commencing any coaching services, you may be required to enter into a Coaching Agreement with us. This agreement will specify the scope, duration, and payment terms of your coaching sessions. The Coaching Agreement may also outline additional terms that will govern the coaching relationship and is separate from these Terms.

4. Eligibility

By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You must also provide accurate and truthful information when registering for our services.

5. Fees and Payments

Fees for Coaching Services will be outlined in the Coaching Agreement or on our website. All payments are due in advance unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept various forms of payment as specified on our website.

You are responsible for paying all fees related to the services you choose to engage with. We reserve the right to change our fees at any time, though any such change will not affect fees already agreed upon in your Coaching Agreement.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

  • Coaching Sessions: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before a scheduled coaching session to avoid a cancellation fee. Sessions that are not canceled in accordance with our policy may be subject to a full charge.

  • Refund Policy: As our services are personal and customized to each client, we do not offer refunds for services already rendered. However, we may offer a partial refund or reschedule the service in exceptional cases, as determined by us.

7. Confidentiality

We take your privacy and confidentiality seriously. All coaching sessions, discussions, and materials shared during coaching sessions are confidential, and we will not disclose any personal or sensitive information without your consent, except as required by law.

We may, however, share aggregate or anonymized information for the purposes of research or improving our services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maven Executive Coaching, and its employees, agents, or contractors shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, website, or materials, including but not limited to damages for personal injury, loss of profits, or loss of data.

While we strive to provide high-quality coaching services, you understand and agree that results may vary depending on individual circumstances. We make no guarantees regarding the specific outcomes or success of the coaching.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and intellectual property on the Site, including but not limited to logos, images, videos, text, and design, are the property of Maven Executive Coaching and are protected by copyright laws. You may not use, copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any of our materials without prior written permission.

10. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you are responsible for your own actions, including implementing the strategies and insights provided during coaching sessions. You acknowledge that your success is influenced by your own efforts and actions, and we are not liable for any failure to achieve specific outcomes.

11. Code of Conduct

We ask that you maintain a professional attitude and respect throughout the coaching process. Disrespectful, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior may result in the termination of services at our discretion, with no refund.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

13. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through informal discussions with us. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may be submitted to mediation or arbitration in Ontario, Canada as determined by mutual agreement.

14. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the "Effective Date" at the top will be updated accordingly. Your continued use of our services after the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
